Customer at Just Vape IVS

Everyone is welcome to shop at Just Vape
For private customers, however, they must be a minimum of 18 years.

When you as a customer come to our home page you cannot see / buy our products until you have confirmed that you are over 18 years.

To be able to shop at Just Vape IVS, you must accept these terms and conditions in connection with a purchase.
When you signify your acceptance of our terms, this is deemed to constitute an agreement between you and Just Vape IVS, after which both parties are bound by the terms.


Ordering products from Just Vape

For all products, prices are incl. VAT.
The images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the product provided.
Just Vape delivers goods inside and outside the EU.
Orders with Just Vape are only processed through our webshop Justvape.nu.

When you first shop at Just Vape, your information will be stored in our database that we can process your order.
On this page you can always edit your customer information and delivery address. It is also on this page that you can see your orders / invoice.
We advise you to always print the order so that you have written proof of it.
However, you will also receive a confirmation email. email.
On the page where you approve the order and our terms of business, you will be able to see a specified bill containing all prices.
If you want to make changes and corrections to your order before you approve the order and complete the payment, click on the “Shopping Cart” at the top right of the website.

Please note that once you place your order & payment, your order will be started and it will be binding, but of course you always have 14 days right of withdrawal.

All orders over DKK 499 are given free shipping with GLS PackageShop , DAO Package Shop, Bring Parcel Shop and PostNord MyPack Collect.

Shipping times and prices is different from country to country and  Shipping company, DHL Express, UPS EU, PostNord, Deutsche Post and DPD International.

DHL Express worldwide:  1-2 Days

UPS EU: 2-7 Days

PostNord : 2-14 Days

DPD Internatioanl : 2-10 Days

Deutsche Post :  Germany 1-2 days.



Just Vape IVS receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and Mobilepay. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. We do not take card fees.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner or Euro and is incl. VAT.

Just Vape IVS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you cannot read your information.

Payment via ViaBill:

When purchasing with ViaBill you will receive your goods first. After that you have to pay yours

monthly benefit on the 20th of each month.

If you cancel your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill will terminate.

ViaBill finances purchases for up to DKK 2,000.

Amounts over DKK 2,000 are financed in cooperation with SparXpress.

If you already have a Viabill account, it costs DKK 39. in fee each month.

Just Vape IVS delivers on all business days, with orders placed before 2 p.m. (14:00)

All orders come with GLS and take 1-2 days.

However, with the exception of out of stock items, these will be shipped as soon as the item is back in stock.

Delivery to abroad:

VAT and Custom Fees is not paid by Just Vape IVS.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs for transport to our current agreement with GLS where you can choose delivery to parcel shop / Private delivery and commercial delivery, which is selected and approved before purchase.


We provide 2 years of right to consumers to the customer in accordance with the Purchase Act’s rules for the purchase of goods, this includes manufacturing and / or material defects that are found in the normally intended use of the product. Please contact us before shipping. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a discount in price, depending on the specific situation.

Please note that the life of electronic cigarettes and accessories may have a limited shelf-life, even under normal use, and that this period may be shortened by heavy or improper use. Thus, the actual shelf life will typically be less than the complaint period. Also replace only spare parts such as extra batteries, mizers, coils etc. a limited shelf life or use period.

The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence, unauthorized interventions, unauthorized firmware updates.
Complaints about defects and deficiencies, which should be discovered by usual examination of the product, must be notified to us within a reasonable time. If you advertise within two months after the error is detected, the complaint will always be timely. The item may, after agreement, be subsequently returned for repair, replacement or purchase refund.

If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also, remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

No parcels sent on demand or without distribution are received.

For returns, the return form must be completed via our return portal.

If there is a refund, please send us your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.


Return policy

As a customer (consumer) at Just Vape you have 14 days to cancel your purchase and can get the money back for the product if you comply with certain conditions.
The item must be properly shipped.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline will run from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to let us know that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to [email protected] or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms of trade.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

If you purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not receive shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.



Once you’ve notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

You have to pay for the return of the package yourself, and it is you who is liable if any damage occurs during transport.

The cost of returning these goods is expected to cost at most: DKK 69.

We provide a return label for you to use. If it turns out that the complaint is not justified, we reserve the right to charge shipping costs of DKK 39


Not accepted return

These agreements cannot be undone:

Delivery of goods that are manufactured to your specifications or have a distinct personal touch,

Delivery of sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery,


The condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a way other than what was needed to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only recover a portion of the purchase price. The amount you can get back depends on the trade value of the product, and in some cases it may mean that you can only recover the shipping costs.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may result in an impairment of the product.

When purchasing electronic equipment For example. Batteries, chargers etc. As a starting point, the intact original packaging always constitutes a significant part of the value of the product.

In the case of electronics, mizers, coils, the seal must be unbroken if you want to be able to return the full amount.

Repayment of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, do not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), within 14 days of the day we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

Repayment of the purchase price will be deposited on the same credit card used to purchase the product.

We can withhold payment until we receive the item, unless you send us documentation to have it returned.

Privacy Policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, tel. and email address.

The personal data is registered with Just Vape and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

The data controller at justvape.nu is Just Vape IVS.

You have the right to be informed what information we process about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can for example. be if your data is no longer needed for the purpose for which we were going to use it. You may also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at: [email protected]


The life of electronic cigarettes and accessories can have a limited shelf life / use, therefore Just Vape does not provide a guarantee unless otherwise stated in the description under the individual product.
